Emerson E. Holliday, M.Ed. is founder and Senior Technology Consultant for E2H2 Technologies, LLC., the parent of Emerson Holliday Creative. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Maters of Education degree with emphasis in Curriculum Development and Learning. He has advanced work toward a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
His experience includes key executive and leadership positions in business, government, and higher education. In business, he has had direct responsibility for designing hundreds of training and new technology deployment curriculums for large corporations such as Sierra Health Services, creating and managing new product marketing campaigns for technology firms such as Strategic Services Alliance, facilitating hundreds of management development seminars, and organizing hundreds of major conferences for large non-profit associations such as the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA).
In government, he served as the State Elections Officer for Colorado where he drafted state legislation, oversaw general elections, and the implementation of the Motor Voter laws in Colorado. He is the Founder and first Executive Director of the National Association of Minority Students and Educators in Higher Education (NAMSE).
He has over twenty years of leadership experience in higher education at institutions such as the University of California at San Diego, California State University Long Beach, and the University of Colorado. This experience also includes service as a Vice President at San Diego Mesa Collage.
Emerson’s expertise is in instructional design, training development, web design, eLearning technologies, and Internet and social media marketing. As an entrepreneur, he is currently blending this experience to create Internet and social media training courses and eBooks for MBE, WBE, DBE, and other small businesses enterprises.
